The Mosaic Chamber Fellows Program is a highly selective leadership track limited to four advanced high school musicians per session. Fellows are chosen based on musical excellence, maturity, and demonstrated leadership potential.
Rooted in Mosaic’s collaborative, mentorship-driven approach to chamber music, Fellows balance their own advanced ensemble work with meaningful mentorship of younger students.
Fellows Responsibilities
Each Fellow participates fully as a chamber musician in an advanced ensemble while also being assigned to mentor 1 younger chamber group.
Fellows will:
• Lead daily sectionals for their assigned younger ensemble, focusing on ensemble skills, communication, and musical detail
• Provide consistent mentorship, supporting students in practice habits, preparation, and confidence-building
• Serve as a peer leader, helping their group stay organized, prepared, and on schedule throughout the day
• Support daily camp operations, including transitions, setup, and community-building activities
• Model professionalism, collaboration, and artistic engagement
At the same time, Fellows continue to rehearse and receive coaching with their own assigned chamber ensemble, maintaining a high level of personal musical growth.

Fellows function as student leaders within the program, balancing personal artistic work with responsibility to others.
