  • Program fee payments are refundable only if a student withdraws before the designated refund deadline
  • Refund deadlines will be communicated in connection with each program

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by Mosaic Chamber Music

Program Cancellation

  • If Mosaic Chamber Music cancels a program, all payments, including deposits, will be fully refunded

Donations

  • All donations are final and non-refundable

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal. We are not responsible for errors, fees, or issues arising from third-party payment services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or its functionality
  • Submit false or misleading information
